Originally from Indonesia and now based in Singapore, David is a passionate coach and strategist who strives to create positive impact on people's work and personal lives.

As an ICF-trained coach, Gallup Strengths Coach, and LinkedIn Certified Blueprint Coach, David draws upon a diverse set of frameworks and approaches to empower individuals and teams. With over 10 years of experience spanning healthcare, tech, and consulting, he understands the complex challenges facing today's professionals.

Currently, David serves as the Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Lead at LinkedIn Asia Pacific. In a nutshell, he sets goals for the commercial organization and helps them achieve it. Prior to this, David worked in various multinational firms, such as Johnson & Johnson, Varian (a Siemens Healthineers Company), EY and Booz & Co.

When he's not working, you can find David reading personal development books, hitting the gym, playing table tennis, or capturing street scenes through photography. He continuously seeks new perspectives and self-improvement to bring fresh ideas to those he coaches.
